An IP54 variant, HE200-7200-F-I5, carries the same electrical specification — 6200 W, 48 V, 9000 W PV input — in a sealed enclosure at 11.7 kg: 500 × 359 × 126 mm, gross 13.35 kg. Same machine, different enclosure. On the model number: the "7200" is a machine code, not the rating. Rated output is 6200 W. One catalogue edition lists 6500 W, but the specification sheet and parameter table both give 6200 W, and we quote 6200 W consistently.
Features
- Main and secondary AC output — loads separated by importance.
- MPPT range 60–450 Vdc — wide PV working window.
- Pure sine wave output.
- Battery-free operation — runs with PV and grid only.
- CAN / RS485 BMS communication.

Why this model
Three reasons this is usually the recommended 48 V unit:
- Documentation. It is the main test article for the FCC SDoC report RKEYS250916316 and the GB 4943.1-2022 report RKEYS250917157, and it is listed on the UDEM CE certificate, the FCC certificate, the RoHS certificate and the GB 4943.1 report. No other model carries as complete a file set.
- 48 V system. At 6200 W a 48 V battery draws around 130 A rather than the 260 A a 24 V system would need — smaller cable, less heat, simpler installation.
- Dual AC output. From this class upward the model separates critical from non-critical loads and drops the secondary output on low battery.
Sizing context
9000 W of PV input against a 6200 W output. Practical panel wiring uses 540–700 W panels at 45–55 V open-circuit, strung 4–8 in series and paralleled as needed. The array working voltage must fall inside 60–450 Vdc, and the open-circuit voltage must never exceed 500 V.
Battery-side: at 6200 W and 48 V, expect around 130 A of battery current. Plan for 35–50 mm² battery cable and a 150–250 A breaker. Charge current must respect the battery chemistry — 0.2C for lead-acid, 0.5C for lithium. See the installation guide.
An idiomatic system: a house with a workshop circuit, around 12 kWh daily consumption, one day of autonomy, 4–5 kWp of PV. The main output carries the house, the secondary carries the workshop, and the house keeps running when the battery gets low.

Certification coverage
| Certification | Status |
|---|---|
| CE (LVD + EMC) — M.2025.206.C116069 | Covered (listed model) |
| FCC Part 15 Subpart B SDoC — CKEYS251013025 | Covered — and the main test article for report RKEYS250916316 |
| RoHS 2.0 — CKEYS251013024 | Covered — and the main test article for report RKEYS250916315 |
| GB 4943.1-2022 — RKEYS250917157 | Covered — and the main test article |
This is the only model in the range where every file held is directly applicable rather than series-only.
The IP54 variant is different. HE200-7200-F-I5 is not listed in the UDEM CE certificate — that certificate covers no I5 model at all — so CE (LVD + EMC) must be treated as not held for the I5 variant. It does appear on the FCC and RoHS model lists and on both GB 4943.1-2022 reports, as series coverage. Full detail on the certifications page.
