Directive and standards
The certificate addresses RoHS 2.0 — Directive (EU) 2015/863 and (EU) 2017/2102, amending Annex II of 2011/65/EU. Test methods follow the IEC 62321 series, including 62321-3-1:2013, -4:2013+AMD1:2017, -5:2013, -6:2015, -7-1:2015, -7-2:2017 and -8:2017.
Restricted substances tested
| Substance | Symbol | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Lead | Pb | Pass |
| Cadmium | Cd | Pass |
| Mercury | Hg | Pass |
| Hexavalent chromium | Cr(VI) | Pass |
| Polybrominated biphenyls | PBBs | Pass |
| Polybrominated diphenyl ethers | PBDEs | Pass |
| Dibutyl phthalate | DBP | Pass |
| Butyl benzyl phthalate | BBP | Pass |
| Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate | DEHP | Pass |
| Diisobutyl phthalate | DIBP | Pass |
All ten restricted substances passed. The four phthalates are the additions made by the 2015/863 amendment — worth noting, because a certificate covering only the original six substances is an older scope.

Not covered
| Model | RoHS status |
|---|---|
| HE300-7200-F | Not covered |
| HE310-5000-F | Not covered |
| Battery packs (H3B, H4B) | Not covered |
| All-in-one ESS (H3, H4, L2) | Not covered |
For these models, RoHS compliance is not held as a document. We say so rather than implying whole-range coverage.
Why RoHS matters commercially
RoHS restricts hazardous substances in electrical equipment placed on the EU market. A buyer importing into the EU is expected to hold evidence of compliance from the supplier. Where a distributor needs to file paperwork, the certificate number and the covered model list are what they need — not a general statement.
The scope limitation is worth repeating: a RoHS certificate that covers 23 models does not cover model 24. If your order includes a model outside the list, ask before assuming compliance.
Documents a buyer can request
Compliance paperwork is issued per order rather than assumed. For a model inside the 23-model list, the following are available:
| Document | Detail |
|---|---|
| RoHS 2.0 certificate | CKEYS251013024 — issued copy, PDF |
| RoHS 2.0 test report | RKEYS250916315 — 21 pages, PDF |
| Model coverage statement | One page: the 23 covered models and the models that are excluded |
| CE documentation | Scope and certificate details on the CE page |
| FCC SDoC | Scope on the FCC page |
Ask for the file set when you request the quotation, and tell us the destination country. Whether a certificate alone satisfies the importer, or a test report is also required, depends on the importing authority — not on the supplier. That is why we list what exists rather than promising a fixed pack.
