One line: Two CE files cover different halves of the range — one for HE200/HE500 under LVD + EMC, one for HE300/HE310 under EMC. Both are listed below with certificate numbers and covered models.

Issued by UDEM International Certification (Ankara, Türkiye) under the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (Annex III) and the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2014/30/EU (Annex II). The report reference is TCF-XC8031-LVD+EMC, first assessed on 2025-03-25 and registered 2025-03-26. It is valid until 2030-03-25.

What this file does not cover. No IP54 (I5) variant appears in this certificate, and it does not cover the HE300 or HE310 series. A CE claim for an I5 model or a HE300 model must point to a different file — or be stated as not held.
The EC Declaration of Conformity point
The UDEM certificate carries an explicit statement that it is used solely at the manufacturer's responsibility and does not replace an EC Declaration of Conformity. This matters commercially: European customs authorities and marketplaces frequently ask for the DoC rather than the attestation.
For EU orders, we will state clearly at quotation whether the DoC has been issued. We do not present the attestation as a substitute for it.

Issued by Guangdong KEYS Testing Technology Co., Ltd. on 2025-12-01, under EMC Directive 2014/30/EU. Report reference RKEYS251113041.

This is the only CE file covering the HE300 range. If you are sourcing HE300-12000-F or HE310-5000-F for a European buyer, this is the certificate to send.
Note: the HE600 series appears in this certificate but is not currently offered in our published range. Ask before quoting it.
What CE means and does not mean
CE marking of the covered models demonstrates conformity with the LVD and EMC directives as tested. It is not:
- a grid-tie approval — EN 50549-1 is referenced as a standard within the UDEM report, but no independent grid-tie certification is held;
- a substitute for the EC Declaration of Conformity;
- an approval valid for markets outside the EEA (Australia needs AS/NZS 4777.2, Brazil INMETRO, the UK UKCA, and so on).
Verifying a certificate
The UDEM certificate can be checked at udem.com.tr using certificate number M.2025.206.C116069. The KEYS certificate carries the laboratory's details and report reference for direct verification.
