Service & Warranty Commitment

One line: Warranty, lead time, documentation and technical support are written into the contract for each order — not left as verbal reassurance.

Warranty

ItemStandard warrantyNotes
Inverters (HE200 / HE300 / HE310)2 yearsFrom date of shipment
LiFePO4 battery systems (H3B / H4B)5 yearsFrom date of shipment
All-in-one ESS (H3 / H4 / L2)Quoted per modelConfirm at quotation

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failure under normal installation and operating conditions. It does not cover damage from incorrect battery voltage configuration, water ingress beyond the model's IP rating, unauthorised disassembly, or installation that does not follow the supplied manual. Installing or wiring errors that damage the unit are not covered — this is why we ship the wiring and configuration guide with every batch.

Lead time and shipping

Order typeTypical lead time
Single model, stock item7–15 days from order confirmation
Mixed container / multiple models20–35 days
Parallel (FP) systems, battery packsMade to order — quoted individually

Lead times are stated as typical, not guaranteed. Battery and all-in-one ESS models are currently quoted without UN38.3 test reports, which affects air and sea transport booking — we will tell you at quotation whether a model can ship to your destination and by what route, rather than assuming.

Documentation with every order

Every shipment is accompanied by:

Documentation is supplied in English by default. Additional languages can be arranged for volume orders.

Technical support

Pre-sale, we will match a model to your load schedule rather than simply quoting the largest unit. Send the load list, backup hours required and battery chemistry, and we will come back with a sizing recommendation and the reasoning behind it.

After-sale, first-line troubleshooting runs off the fault-code reference. Where an issue needs an engineering-level answer — board-level faults, firmware, BMS protocol mismatches — we escalate it through the supply chain and relay the answer back.

Spare parts and repair

Common replaceable parts (fans, control boards, display boards) can be supplied with orders or as spares. Board-level repair requires the unit to be returned or a local service partner; we will state which route applies before you commit to a repair plan.
