An IP54 variant, HE300-12000-FP-I5, carries the same electrical specification in a sealed enclosure at 23.15 kg — 600 × 505 × 145 mm, packing 705 × 604 × 255 mm, gross 27 kg. It is a separate model: the IP54 rating does not carry over from the IP21 version.
Features unique to this model
- 9-unit parallel expansion — to 99,000 W, as single-phase expansion or 415 Vac three-phase.
- Dual MPPT per unit — two strings per unit, eighteen across nine units, 7500 W per string.
- 150 A combined PV charge current.
- 98% maximum conversion efficiency (DC/AC).
- ≤50 dB — a figure that matters when nine units are installed together.
How parallel expansion works
Each unit carries its own two MPPT strings, up to 7500 W per string, so nine units accept up to eighteen PV strings. Battery, output and control are interconnected. The system presents to the load as a single supply — 240 Vac single-phase, or 415 Vac three-phase.
Planning implications:
- Battery bank scales with the system, not the unit. Nine units charging at up to 150 A each is a very large combined charge current. The bank must be sized so the combined charge current stays within the chemistry's 0.2C (lead-acid) or 0.5C (lithium) limit. This is the single most common sizing error on parallel systems, and it is the one that ends in a swollen bank.
- Cable and protection are system-level. Three-phase output at 260 A per phase and single-phase at 450 A require appropriately rated switchgear. Neither figure is a detail you can leave until installation day.
- Start with the load. Decide the target output, divide by the single-unit class, then confirm the battery and PV can support that many units.

Typical applications
- Commercial and light-industrial sites needing three-phase supply with backup.
- Rural electrification where a 415 Vac three-phase network is required.
- Larger agricultural installations with multiple pumps and motors.
- Sites that expect to grow: capacity is added a unit at a time rather than by replacing the system.

Certification coverage
| Certification | Status |
|---|---|
| CE (EMC) — CKEYS251201016 | Covered (listed model) |
| CE (LVD + EMC) — M.2025.206.C116069 | Not held for this model |
| FCC SDoC — CKEYS251013025 | Covered (series) |
| RoHS 2.0 — CKEYS251013024 | Covered (series) |
| GB 4943.1-2022 — RKEYS250917157 | Covered (series) |
| GB 4943.1-2022 — BDL260706S002 | Covered (series) |
Two points worth stating precisely. The CE file for this model covers the EMC directive only — it is not an LVD+EMC certificate, and the UDEM LVD+EMC certificate does not list any HE300 model. Separately, GB 4943.1-2022 is a Chinese national safety standard, not a CE mark. If a buyer requires CE under both directives, tell us and we will state the position rather than imply coverage. Every certificate number and its covered model range is on the certifications page.
