Where it fits
At 1 kWh and 300 W, this covers small and short-duration loads:
- camping, festivals and outdoor events — lighting, phone and laptop charging, a fan, a small cooler;
- a market stall or mobile point of sale;
- backup for a router, a phone and a light during an outage;
- field work and site visits where no mains power is available;
- a workshop bench where only a laptop goes.
It is not a home backup unit. 300 W and 1 kWh will not run a fridge, a kettle, a power tool or anything with a heavy motor start. For a household evening load, an all-in-one storage unit is the right product — see the all-in-one energy storage range.
At 7.7 kg it is genuinely portable: one person can move it, and the case is shaped for carrying.
Why single-cell
Most battery packs are built from many smaller cells wired in series and parallel. That brings a maintenance problem: cells drift apart over time, and the weakest cell limits the whole pack. Balancing circuitry exists to manage this, and it never fully removes the problem.
This unit uses one large-format cell of 3.2 V / 314 Ah instead. One cell cannot be out of balance with itself.
- No balancing losses and no imbalance-driven capacity fade.
- Fewer internal connections — fewer joints, fewer potential failure points.
- A simpler BMS working against a single cell.
Features
- LiFePO4 chemistry — decomposition temperature above 500 °C, with a long service life.
- Up to 60 V PV input — compatible with the great majority of standard solar panels on the market.
- Dual charging — solar and utility, either input.
- Dual USB output plus Type-C, able to run together.
- Built-in light with its own switch.
- Quiet operation — smart temperature-controlled cooling keeps it near silent at low load.

Certification and transport
| Certification | Status |
|---|---|
| CE / FCC / RoHS | Not held |
| UN38.3 | Not held |
No certification files are held for this model, and no UN38.3 report. Because it contains a lithium cell, UN38.3 is required for air and sea transport booking. Confirm shipping arrangements before ordering — see the certifications page.
A note on the markings on the enclosure. The unit carries generic compliance symbols printed on the enclosure itself, including a CE mark. Those markings are not evidence that we hold a CE certificate or file for this model, and we do not claim one. The status table above is the accurate position.
