About Grenkago — Supplier and Exporter

One line: We are a supplier and exporter of solar inverters and energy-storage systems for buyers outside China — specification, documentation and export, handled end to end.

Who we are

Xuzhou Dinghui Network Technology Co., Ltd. (徐州鼎慧网络科技有限公司) is based in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, China. Grenkago is the trading brand we supply and export under. We supply hybrid solar inverters, off-grid inverters, all-in-one energy-storage units and LiFePO4 battery systems to distributors, installers and EPC contractors outside China.

Company details:

Buyers who want to verify the entity can check the Unified Social Credit Code against China's National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System. We publish it so that verification is a two-minute job instead of a series of emails.

Our role in the chain is specific and we state it plainly:

• We are the supplier and exporter — the contracting party, the export documentation holder and the commercial point of contact.
• Manufacturing is carried out by our production partner, whose name appears as the certificate holder on the certification documents. We do not describe ourselves as a manufacturer and we make no claim to own a production facility.
• Certification documents cover the model ranges listed on each certificate. We never generalise one certificate into a claim about a whole series.
• Our partner's facility is open to inspection. Buyer visits and third-party audits are a normal part of how we work, not a special favour — see below.

Where the product is made — and how to verify it

We are the export side of the chain, not the production side, and we would rather state that plainly than blur it.

• Production is carried out by our production partner. That company and ours are independent legal entities with separate registration, and it is the certificate holder named on every certification document we supply. We do not print its name on this page — the certificates go to buyers, not to the open web.
• The facility is open to inspection. It is 30 minutes' drive from our office, so buyer visits and third-party audits (SGS, TÜV, BV, Intertek) can be arranged at short notice. Open for review: production floor, burn-in and test area, inspection area, warehouse and packing area, together with business licence, certificates, test reports and quality-control records.
• What is not open: bill of materials, cost structure and other customers' orders. No buyer gets a tour of a competitor's cartons.
• The sign at the gate reads "Authorised Export Partner", not "factory". That is deliberate. Anyone who checks our unified social credit code will find a company registered for import and export, not manufacturing. We describe the relationship as it is, because a claim that fails a two-minute check is worth less than no claim at all.
• If your process requires a factory audit before an order, raise it at enquiry stage and we will set the date.

Any of these models can also be supplied under your own brand. What can be changed — chassis mark, rating label, carton, manual language, model naming — and what cannot, is set out on the OEM / ODM page.

Markets we serve

End markets for the models we supply include Europe, the Americas, Africa, Central Asia and Southeast Asia. Buyers range from single-container distributors to project contractors specifying paralleled systems for commercial sites. The product line is built for 230 V / 50-60 Hz regions; models for 110 V regions exist in the HE310 line.

How we work with buyers

• Documents before promises. Model parameters come from the official specification sheet for the exact model. Certification claims always come with the model range attached.
• Straight answers on gaps. Where we hold no certification file for a model or market, we say so instead of implying coverage.
• Sample and technical support. For quantity orders we support sample approval, and we escalate technical questions that need an engineering-level answer.

What we do not do

• We do not claim certifications that are not held — no FCC ID, no UL/ETL/TÜV, no ISO 9001 certificate, no UN38.3, no grid-tie certification.
• We do not reuse another company's profile, product photography or documents as our own.
